Chief Sparks created Douglasville Community Outreach Program (DCOP) out of the Mission and Core Values of the Police Department.
Officers go out into the community and engage with citizens to promote the "one with our community" philosophy of the Douglasville Police Department.
The department's everyday principles are reflected in the daily operations of Law Enforcement, and citizen interaction.
