If you would like to obtain your accident report using the traditional paper method, simply come to the Douglasville PD at 2083 Fairburn Rd. Douglasville, GA 30135. The fee for the traditional paper method is $2.00.

The Douglasville Police Department handles alcohol serving permits for individuals. Establishments seeking an alcohol license should contact the Douglasville Finance Department.

Permits for restaurant alcoholic beverage servers and retail package alcohol sales stores are available at the Douglasville Public Safety & Municipal Court Building, 2083 Fairburn Road Douglasville, Georgia 30135.

The cost for the permit is $25.00. It is good for one year from the date of purchase. The payment can be made at the Records Division by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card.

Please bring state issued ID and be prepared to take a 10 question test. A criminal background check will be done on each applicant.

Pawn and Second-hand ID cards are handled in the Records Department.
