Community Events

The Douglasville Police Department hosts large community events in the Spring and Fall at their Headquarters complex. The Police Department, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, E-911, and other safety partners are on site at the Public Safety Complex sharing information about criminal activity and safety tips. There is a children’s area with fun games and prizes.

K-9 demonstrations and building tours are also offered. Numerous vendors sell a variety of items including food, toys, arts and crafts, and holiday items.

Vendor registration fees are donated to local charity organizations.

The Spring and Fall events are annual traditions but Douglasville PD hosts lots of community events throughout the year.
