2024 PD Paws on the Lawn Event

Please make plans to join us for a doggone good time on the front lawn of the Douglasville Police Department. 

This is our third year hosting Paws on the Lawn and we're working hard to bring you a pawesome good time on Saturday, May 9 from 10 AM to 3 PM at 2083 Fairburn Road in Douglasville! 

Other activities:

  • Douglas County Animal Shelter will have animal adoptions.
  • Purrfect Peaches Rescue will have animal adoptions.
  • Douglas County Animal Shelter will have a dog vaccine and microchip clinic. Dog parents need to sign up prior to the event.

If you are a dog mom or dad this event is on Mothers day weekend, and we want you to enjoy it with your fur babies.

Special safety provisions will be in place. Vaccinated pets only with proper paperwork. Check in with a pet to get an armband for event entry. All pet parents must abide by the signed paperwork, and all animals must be leashed.
