Most people do yoga for flexibility. Did you know it also supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, and quality sleep?
We invite the our community, to grab a mat and come join the DVPD, and Keep It Moving Yoga, and Barre. On nice days we will have yoga on our lawn, and on cold or wet days we will have it in the Douglasville Police Department Community Room next to the main building. This is a FREE class on a scheduled Wednesday evening that begins at 5:30 pm and lasts about an hour. The location is 2083 Fairburn Road. Contact Sgt.
